another odd question

im wanting to convert a floating trem to a fixed bridge scenario, but im wanting to use a tune-o-matic and stop piece setup, will i have to make any adjustments to the neck pitch?

i saw this http://www.projectguitar.com/tut/tht1.htm and it doesnt help much because it doesnt use the tune-o-matic setup

It depends on the guitar. If it's some Jackson type with no recess and the trem 1/4" off the top of the guitar, then no. But usually the trem sits way lower than where a tune-o-matic would sit. So you have to either recess the tune-o-matic, which looks kind of cool. Godin does that with some of their guitars. Or you have to adjust the neck angle.
