Get in touch with the guys at Las Vegas Music & Sound.
SUPER-COOL guys, and dealers for some of the higher end stuff (T.Anderson, VHT, etc.) *I'm sure they can put you in touch with some local luthiers.

Tell 'em the 'Jemfest Guys' sent ya. *
They'll know....heh heh....
