Anyone ordered from Best Decals?

Had a bit of a bad experience from this company recently.

I ordered a replacement "Ibanez Jem" logo for my custom swirl guitar, to stick on the headstock. Waited patiently for the alloted amount of time, about 3 weeks in all I think (perhaps a little more) and when it turned up the E and M were so badly mangled / entwined together it made me quite mad.

I tried to salvage what I could by installing it anyway and pulling the lettering around with tweazers, but it's so small and fiddly that by the time I'd got the letters more or less into position they still looked utter crap and i'd 100% lost patience.

I've resorted to angrily ripping the entire thing off the headstock and pinching it up into a useless blob of vinyl which can be seen here:

Anyone else ever ordered anything that came crippled?
I've sent their customer services (or sales team, they dont have customer services) a message so I guess I'll wait and see.

Yea, I've heard some bad new about them not to mention
they're a little expensive. I use a company called Day Design
from england. I've bought decals twice from them and they're
great. They only cost about 7 USD with shipping and instead
of giving you 1 they give you 3, just in case you have an accident.

I'm actually impressed by their response, well, I didn't actually get a response as such. Just an email saying the status of the order had gone back to "Manufacturing" and they were prepairing to resend.

No questioning my email just making another one, pretty impressed with the no nonsense.

The one thing I will say is I might be interested in ordering another one purely because I actually ordered the wrong colour, or I'd rather change it now I've seen the colour I ordered. I wasn't about to tell them that in the order though because it would plain look like i'd screwed up and I was trying to get a freebie out of them. I'm happier settling with the fact that I've got a colour I'd rather not have than comming across as dishonest.

What sort of colours do you have Jaden?
It's for my Glow in the dark swirl I bought recently so I was kinda hoping for a cream type colour. I originally ordered "luminescant green" thinking it would glow in the dark, but it's basically just bright green which doesn't really suit.

I've delt with Best Decals a few times, always been great service. I've had custom stuff made up too. There are a few threads on here of people praising their work.

hmm, no I dont have cream, just bright pink, black/gold, orange, spring green and red.
