Are ALL Lo-Pro's the same quality?

Is a black lo-pro from a lower end RG7 the same quality as a Cosmo Universe Lo-Pro?

as far as i know, a Lo-Pro is always a Lo-Pro, no matter what guitars you pull it from, or what year and color it is.
