arm height and tension question


hi there, i recently bought an ibanez its Rg320fm.. and this is my first guitar using the double locking tremolo system.. btw my question is, how do i make a correct adjustment to the tension and height? also how do i tighten the trem bar..?

p/s some help and opinion wud be appreciated
