B-string buzzing at trem
Brent,
Sounds like the 'hinge' on the bridge saddle might actually be a little looser than it ought to be - I recall having come upon this a time or two before.
You might want to loosen the B string, and check to see how loose and wobbly the back part of the saddle is. It might be clamped onto the bridge plate just slightly askew, too, allowing vibrations to rattle the pivoting part against one of the adjacent saddles.
If it IS too loose... Hmmmm. Not that this would be /everyone's/ answer, but my next move would be to use a bit of a pad (light card/bristol board or similar) and a vice-grip tool - or a vice - and carefully crimp the 'U' part of the saddle *** JUST ENOUGH to snug it up a tiny wee bit - Too much and it could hinder the fine-tuning action, and really bugger things up.
Anyway, it's something to check on, and if it happens to be true, there's the squeezing method (careful!) or perhaps a replacement saddle assembly.
Just a thought.
