Backstop on an EdgePro UV777PBK?

Has anyone fitted an original Ibanez Backstop to a Universe with an Edge Pro? I'm thinking of picking one up, but if I'm going to need to route a cavity out, I think I'll pass. Or for that matter, a pair of ESP Arming adjusters? (using a pair makes more sense to me provided you can fit two between the standard 3 spring setup).

Thanks for any info.

A pair of ESP units would be cheaper and probably easier to install. You might consider the Tremel-NO if you don't need to pull up.
