Beat up guitar pictures

Im not really sure where to put this mods, but here goes. I really love beat up guitars, like srvs number one, evo (its beat up really it is) etc. etc. They just seem to have a character to them that I love. The bsb's tend to look beat to heck when the get played. So what I want is pictures of your beat up guitars. Has anyone ever thought of doing an ibanez relic mod to their guitars? Any info on how custom shops go about doing this? I cant wait till Im sixty and my old rg custom looks like srv's number one, so I REALLY need one now. LOL

all the vines are painted with silver paint...it fades a little with more playing, otherwise it stays.....but that kinda fit into what i wanted it to look like in the first place....where everything is "dirty" and "industrial"....lol

I really dig that vibe. My kind of thing definitely. If you had never played one I would have said that was a more expensive guitar. Any more pics of what the back and neck look like up close? I actually collect pics of odd guitars and I REALLY dig this one

Sniper,
i really love beaten guitars (#1 is so cool), and i bought an ultra-cheap Strat replica made by Roytek. it was incredibly identical to the early Strat from the 50s (with maple board and normal-sized headstock), so i thought it was cool to buy it and made a Relic Strat by myself.
as soon as i got some pics i'll post them.

as for Ibanez,
i'm waiting to get some money and have my RG270 stripped it and repainted in orange-fluo or Brazil-green, with large handle, one PAF Pro and a volume knob. i'm seriously thinking to turn it into a beaten-looking Ibanez.

i'm also thinking to turn my N2 in a Relic version, like the one they're selling now, all beaten up and Nuno'sweat-soaked.
cant wait!

hey Sniper, any pics from your beaten-guitars pics collection?

Nuno,

Are you going to start collecting yuor own sweat to rub into the body then? You could go down to the gym wearing a black plastic bag!

And this here is a nice little 59 strat. Notice how it looks like sweat has eaten through the finish

No resale value? I seem to remember some fuss about it here a while ago, but I could be wrong. Try and do them all in one post, eh?
