bought an RG470 and need some help here

hi~ i'm new here
Uhm, like most of you would've guessed, i've got some problem with the TRS.

Recently, i've just changed the strings on my guitar, and i noticed that the saddle was tilted towards the headstock way too much. I then tightened the springs at the back of the guitar and now it looks normal, but whenever i whammy downwards and release it, the is an unpleasant creaking sound . ya guys noe wad i can do abt it? Also, any tips on how to make the best out of my TRS bridge? I'm kinda broke now too.

sorry alaineth,
but i'm afraid there's nothing to do with a TRS.

if creaks come from the springs, you can try putting rubberfoam in the trem cavity.
if they come from the arm-insert or from the saddles, well... i'm sorry.

save some money and get an Edge.

Pickups

I've decided to change the V pickups on my guitar. (and sell them off cheap to a friend who only has the powersound ones on his guitar. the V Definitely beats the PSND) I've tried the Tone Zone Pickups and i think their pretty cool. Any other good Neck Hum. to recommend? and by the way, the TRS isn't that bad. If the strings are stretched they usually won't go out of tune very often.

Your right the TRS is not all that bad. I have a 470 that stays in tune just fine. I put an Air Norton and Tone Zone in mine. I'm very happy with it.

Has anyone tried Tone Zone in Neck position?

Has anyone tried the TOne Zone in neck position? I was thinking of putting an X2N at the neck since i play mostly metal, but i would like to have a warmer sound at the neck since i occasionally play other genres as well. Have decided to buy online (i live in Singapore) as the P'ups here are too expensive. Does anyone have good recs? or hw abt passive HZ EMG's?
