Bridge on RG 3120 pulling up....again

Here's the problem, almost everytime I change the strings on my RG 3120 the bridge pulls up too much. I use the same gauge and it always happens. This time I changed them and took off some Thomastik Power Brights and put on D'Addario nines. And the bridge is still pulling up. I also followed Rich's site by only doing a half tuen on each tuning peg but I may have still done it too fast thus causing the stupid bridge to pull up. So please tell me how to fix this because I didn't think a person was supposed to alter the screws everytime the strings are changed but it appears that that is what is required. Thanks

Either change them one at a time, or, what I do is block it up and overtune so I have to detune the bridge down. It's never failed to detune into perfect position
