Brushed aluminum / treadplate pickguards

Anyone ordered anything from these people?

http://www.sharp-concepts.com/main.html

Looks very promising.

These guys are very cool and do a good job. I have 2 of their pickguards now, and love 'em...

The only catch is that you usually have to wait until they're doing a production line. Like if you want a shape, it's no problem. But if it's gotta be anadized blue or black or some color, they usually wait until they are anodizing a bunch so they can just coat the whole order in one shot.

That's of no concern. I've ordered brushed aluminum pickguard from them. If it takes a month to make it I don't care. Only the quality is important.

FYI, they don't anodize pickguards anymore. They do powdercoating though.

Is it possible to send them a bridge and get anodized blue? Is it going to last long? Thanks.

Give'em an email. I think they don't do anodizing at all anymore, but I don't really know, maybe they do.

Anyone know who does precision-cutting on steel? I have an old Jackson guitar and want to try my hand at custom inlay work (Jackson with vine inlay - this sure will look weird). The only problem I have is I don't know how to cut the material into inlay pattern.

Guess what, they say the pickguard will be done this week. I'm dying to get it.
