Well, the RG2570z was a steal so I couldn't really turn it down. I have 30 days in which I can try it out and return it if for some reason I wind up really not liking it, I just figured I'd give it a try first to see if the tremolo really jives with me. I've been playing nothing but fixed bridges up until now. I've only seen the RGA321 Prestige with the fixed bridge, and I'm sure that's quite a bit more than what I paid for this guitar.
The
tremel-no seemed like a nice non-permanent solution for locking the bridge, I'm disappointed it won't work on the edge zero. I didn't know that the block of wood approach was a permanent... as I said before, I've never used a tremolo, I'm just going off of the small amount I've learned the past couple days.
I don't want to permanently alter the bridge yet anyway, I'd just like to have the option to lock it and unlock it. Oh well. Maybe there will be another product for this bridge in the future.
Thanks for your help guys!
