Can you play a lefty neck as a right?

neck just install the strings like so, is there any difference besides the headstock?

You should be able to, however, you might need to redrill the holes for the bolts on the neck.

You can do either of two things:

Take a lefty guitar and restring it in reverse, so essentially you're playing it upside down. (Precisely what Jimi Hendrix did with a righty guitar, since he played left-handed.)

Affixing a lefty-neck to a righty-guitar would require re-drilling the mounting holes as they're offset.

Another small difference just incase it matters is that the you will not be able to see the side position markers as they will pointing towards the floor.
