Can't stay in tune, HELP!

My cousin owns an RG520qs that never seems to stay in tune. I have given up tying to find a solution to this problem. I just cant figure it out, normal bending and playing (no tremelo useage at all) throws this guitar way out of tune. *What are some possible causes of such a problem?
