Case Hardware - Where??

Somewhere on the old forum someone had posted a link to a source they had found for replacement combination locks for Jem/UV cases. Did anyone bookmark it, or remember where it was, who posted it, etc.???

Rich...it was me who posted the address. I had to get a new lock for the case the PMC came in. The latch had no part number either on the part or the invoice...sorry.

But, the people are very nice and accomodating. The latch was a perfect fit too.

Loock to spend about $30 w/shipping.

Nice and acomodating is correct. It's not a part that they make so he's digging all the info up and will get back to me. I'll probably pick up 3 or 4 since I'm sure this isn't the last case I'll need them for. BTW is it an 'exact' style/match?

Given that, Rich, yes. They are 99% the same. They fit perfect in the original hole but setting the combination is different. Other than that, they are a direct replacement. I think they even come in chrome, too!!!

Thanks Jimm!! Here's something I never knew.... He asked which side the latch was on, I said "right", the case sitting right next to it has a latch on the left side! LOL Went to check all the cases, all the rest are righties, go figure.
