Changing string gauge questions

Hi!
I want to change string gauge in my guitar from 009-042 to 010-046. I've got few questions about this change:
1. If there will be more neck bow (i.e. now i have 0,3mm at 7 fret, would it be more i.e. 0,5mm?) after changing string gauge, or less neck bow (0,3mm-0,1mm?)?
2. Should i must change action after changing string gauge?
3. Should i must change intonation after changing string gauge?

My guitar is equipped with Lo Pro Edge.

1 and 2 will depend on how you like your guitars set up but yes, both will need some adjustment.
3. You'll need to correct the intonation a little.

Also, you will need to increase the spring tension.

How can you find out if a certain gauge is too big for the guitar? I was wanting to experiment and put some 12s on one of my JS's. I don't want to warp the neck or anything.

I have an RG7321 with D'addario 10s on it and I want to tune it a step down. What strings would someone suggest? I like the feel and tension of 10s in standard tuning and would like that same tension or maybe slightly less a step down but not more. 7 string guitar strings seem to be pretty limited in that I can't find very many choices out there.
