Digital gauge for measuring action height?

Anyone recommend a digital gauge for measuring string action, etc? Preferably not too expensive.

A cheap digital caliper would be more like $19.95. Wouldn't be a very good way to measure action IMO, but it's an option. Why do you need to measure action with any kind of precision anyway? Set it where it feels and plays well and don't worry about it.

Absolutely agree. But if you must measure, whats wrong with an engineer's ruler and a set of feeler gauges?
