I can't see the pic either but I have a guitar with one of the anchors set a bit tilted.
There must be at least 5 degrees difference between the 2 anchors but when I took the trem out and tried shaking them they were rock solid - both of them so I decided to set up the guitar and see if I have any tuning issues.
As it turned out the guitar holds perfect tuning as it is and I decided against re-seating the insert because I'm a firm believer in the "If it's not broken, don't fix it " saying.

In case you are wondering if there is a point to my little story, try shaking the post and if it doesn't move and appear to be solid in the guitar, just live it alone.

I've had quite a few that were tilted, and seemed tight when I'd try to move them. Had an LNG drove me nuts for 2 days trying to figure out why the tuning was total crap. After already checking the studs twice, I finally grabbed a pair of pliers [and a sock so they wouldn't mar] and discovered both studs were really loose, I just couldn't budge them with my fingers. The trem is definately putting way more tension on them than my fingers can. If they look crooked put a pair of channel locks on them

All you have to do is C&P the link, but you can't tell anything from the pic.

Let me know if that works. The reason I started this thread is because it looks like the anchor is coming up out of the body not coming loose(doesn`t move side to side when put the post in). Does that make any sense at all *LOL*

if it doensn't move, then don't look for trouble.... leave it alone.

the wood around the anchor could have shrunk a bit, making it appear to have "risen". maybe it was just installed like that. no biggie... glen
