Downtuning with a set-neck?


is it possible to B-tune on a regular six-string if you have a setneck?
I concidering getting an Eclipse or bullseye to do this

I have my neck-thru in C. I could take it lower. It just requires truss rod adjustment, as well as proper string gauge.

The construction method shouldn't have an effect on your ability to tune a guitar to X tuning. However, I would be wary about tuning a 6-string to such a register if it had a TOM bridge. In my experience, there has never been enough saddle travel to properly intonate a reasonably thick string with such a bridge.
