Drop D on a JS1???

How do I get my JS1 in drop D tuning without having to block the trem?

what i do on my RG7620 when i want drop A i tune all the strings to standard pitch with the fine tuners in the middle except for the bottom one. if i keep that one tightened up like 90% instead of 50% then i just hit some harmonics withe the e and d strings and drop tune from there.

Whichever one you want to drop to D!

This method works in a pinch. But with a floating trem, the lower tension after dropping your E to D will cause the trem to pull back ever-so-slightly and throw the overall tuning a tiny bit sharp, but for a couple of songs in a live set, chances are nobody will notice.
