eBay terms any good?

I'm looking at replacing the awful single locking tremolo on my RG270 project guitar & cam across this on ebay:

Does anyone have any experience with these? Worth the $$ or should I just keep an eye out for a used Ibby Lo-Pro?

Spend the same money on a Floyd Rose Special, similar money and at least you know it's reasonable.

I use these alot. They're no Schaller or Gotoh, but they're comfy as hell, easy to set up and I've given this one a year of hair metal cover band work and it hasn't even flinched.

I get mine from a seller called gjguitars or something similar. His eBay shop is called guitar jones.
