edge 3 trem anchors

i am transferring the edge 3 trem from my rg370dx into a rg350ex and i need to remove the trem anchors, how do i do this.

the edge 3 is a bit different. it has a plate screwe to the body and the threaded inserts are connected to this.

See the last picture? That's why you trim the paint almost 1mm further than just around the metal
