Edge Pro Bridge Help...

so i just got in my Ibanez Rg1570, its my first guitar with a tremolo and locking system. The guitar plays and looks awesome, the neck is thin and fast and the guitar sounds really good. problem is-the guy sent me the guitar in Drop C tuning, which i dont particularly play in anymore, im more of a D standard player. I figured out how to do the fine tuning with the screws but it only helping me stay within drop C tuning. i want to tune up a whole step on all the strings...what are the steps for me to remove all these locking mechanisms...according to ibanez.com the bridge on my guitar is a Edge Pro...dont know if that helps...thanks for any and all responses!

Re: Edge Pro Bridge Help...

theres no need for specific instructions, just take the allen key that fits into the locking nut bolts and get them loose, then tune your guitar to standard D and the bridge will raise, then on the back of the guitar is a cavity and yo have to tighten the springs and retune and repeat over and over again until you can get it paralell to the body, when you get it right tighten the locking nut bolts again and your ready to go
