Here's the problem, the small screws that lock the peg things (forgive me I really don't remember what they're called) have been rounded off, so I can't change the action on my JS1200. I'm not to sure how to tackle this problem, so a bit of advice would help a lot.

I dont think that would help, it looks fine.

remove all tension from the trem so you can run them out by hand and replace them.
next time use the right allen key

I believe your referring to the set screws that reside within the tremolo stud's. If the set screws are not removed, this would effect your ability to adjust the action. Try using a larger allen wrench or better yet take it to a tech to dig out. Not much use if you cant adjust the action.
