EDGE Pro locking stud mod

Hi guys I am again thinking of getting an RG 1550, i'm in the UK so they are still available here.

I am thinking that to improve the tuning stbillity to get teh locking nut mod from Rich at Ibanezrules.

Has anyone had this done or done this, and if you did it how easy/difficutl was it to do, will I have any major hassles after isntalling it?

Ozz

Re: EDGE Pro locking stud mod

I ordered the kit from Rich. It came quickly, and well packaged.

It was very easy to do. Just follow the directions on his site for how to install it and you should be fine. You will have to take off the trem with the strings on, which can be daunting the first time you do it, but it's really not so bad.
