Edge Pro problem... (Fine tuners)

I have a problem with the Edge Pro system in my RGT3120, and I was hoping you guys could help me.

The thing is, some of the springs (the low E one especially), that should make sure that you can lower the pitch with the fine tuners, have lost their strength. On the low E string, when I turn the fine tuner to lower the pitch, there will be no effect even before the tuner is halfway unscrewed.

So I remove the bridge from the guitar, to see if I can spot the problem. I try to pull the bar, which the tuner is pushing when tuning, back and forth, and it's quite dense compared to the other ones.

I took a picture here so you can hopefully see what I mean. It's quite difficult for me to explain this really

Anyway on the picture you can see, that the tuner is completely unscrewed, but the bar is only halfways up.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Dremel:

Slim bit: just a small bit for the dremel, to fit into the saddle

Alright I think I might know someone who owns such a tool.

Thanks again for the replies.
