Edge trem thingies.

Ok, I have these two poll things at either of the trem and on the pickup side. What do I use to adjust them and what size?

Re: Edge trem thingies.

get a metric multi allen wrench.

you need a tiny one and a medium one due to the nested locking post inside the bigger post.

Re: Edge trem thingies.

I just dont know the term for the lil bastards. I just want to adjust my intonation a bit because the action's a little high for my taste. Any preperations I should make before I do this and I dont want to see a giant H.

Check out the tech section in Ibanezrules.com (banner at top of page)

It doesn't sound like you're too comfortable with floyd type brdiges - so do some homework at ibanezrules before you do some damage

It seems you're getting them mixed up...

Action is how high the strings are off the fretboard. You can adjust this using the two studs at the end (the "poll things")

Intonation is the pitch of the string as you go higher up the neck. See the Setup pages:

Dude, no offense, but it sounds like the guitar isn't the problem. You just need to know how to tend to it. Go out, and get Dan Erlewine's Guitar Player Repair Guide. It will seriouysly help you bone up on alot, about guitars, cause, right now, I'm guessing you can maybe play them, but don't really know much ABOUT them. IMHO, a guitarist should be able to also tend to their guitars. Small, medial tasks, at least.

Re: Edge trem thingies.

the 2 "poll" things that you are referring to, as someone already told you, are the trem STUDS. They are screwed in and out, by use of an allen wrench (which SHOULD'VE come with your guitar), which raises and lowers the trem, thus raising and lowering the string action. This has NOTHING to do with intonation, however, raising and lowering, CAN affect the intonation of the guitar, but that's a totally different story.
Now, your guitar SHOULD'VE come with at least 2 allen wrenches: A larger one, and a smaller one. Thus, it should be obvious, just by looking at the 2 of them, just which one you should use (The actual wrench size eludes me, at the moment. Suffice it to say, it is a METRIC allen, though.)
Does this answer your question?

Well, then, promptly go out and BUY a metric allen set, cause you are gonna need it, anyway.

You should have tried the $2 store

Seriously, I think its a 4mm allen wrench. But read the tech sections here and Ibanezrules , and it will all become clear
