Edge Zero Tremolo Replacement part

i recently brought a RG2550Z. But after few months i found some problem in my tremolo bar. When i open the back, i found a "washer" is broken below the tremolo bar ends. I tried to search the exact part number in ibanez site, but i couldn't because there were no pictures to verify. This washer fit between a screw and a clip (clip that stabilize the tremolo bar).

So, could anybody get me part number for that washer?
OR Any place that i could find it .. like RadioShack or sth like that?

Furthermore,
I also want to get the part no. for following:
the clip and the whole tremolo bar

(FYI: RG2550Z has Edge Zero Tremolo)

PS. I am also wondering why Ibanez don't have proper customer service contact number. Weird!

Re: Edge Zero Tremolo Replacement part

There is no washer, it's some kind of stupid plastic cover for the retainer spring, and completely unnecessary. It's not broke the way it is.

Re: Edge Zero Tremolo Replacement part

Just recently i found that its not the washer.
Rich, yes you are right, its plastic cover for retainer spring ( i called it a 'clip').
But this cover is really needed to use the tremolo bar properly, because it helps to make retainer spring straight and don't bent while tremolo bar is rotating.
From the Ibanez site, i got the part number 2TRX5BA012 (Attachment for Arm Holder)
but from the picture, it doesn't look what i want.
From Ibanez Store it will show: [twitpic.com/42e0xm]

But the real part look like this:
[twitpic.com/42e1aj]
[twitpic.com/42e17b]

Is 2TRX5BA012 part is same as one shown on Ibanez Store? Does it fit to RG2550Z ?

Again, Ibanez customer support is below par.

Rich, it says you're a vendor. Rich from Ibanez Rules ??

If you have this in stock, I want to buy it. Any info about the price (and shipping to CA)?

You sure this is for RG2550Z, right?
