From what I remember of the pinned thread at the very top of this page...yes. An Edge Pro is a straight drop in for an Edge3.

I bought a Lo Pro, it fit straight into my 370dx, there was some minor dremmelling to be done at the front corners nearest the bridge pickup. You'd need a magnifying glass to see dremmel work though.
