First swirl on a body

Here's my first swirl attempt on a body. Everything went well except the black, which had never done anything like this before. I'm pretty sure I used too much (I was doing a bigger piece that ever before so I used more paint). I'm very happy with how the blues came out. What do you all think? I hope it's good, cause I've got the bug now...

Good first go.

Shame about the black, because that was a keeper otherwise.

Re: First swirl on a body

Looks good. Try reducing the black a bit to get it to spead, or maybe pour black first. Also, when you first pull it out, dont hang immediately. Rotate and watch thick spots so they dont run...
