Floyd & shock problems

What can be the causes of a floyd system not to stay in tune? i have an RG 270 that i have fitted a carvin floyd in (matched perfectly).

But it will go out f tune as much as a half step.

I like my strings very tight, so i use 9-42, but i have 5 springs on the trem, could it be that the springs are not broken in, that the floyd does not stay in tune?, what are other causes for a floyd not staying in tune.

Another thing is that i have a hand on the strings or bridge & i touch something else metallic, like a heater for example, i get little shocks in the part of the body that i touch the heater with? is this normal or my isolation is poor?

P.S. My RG270 has a new floyd 2 evo's & 1 lil'59 + wireing redone, so it's not a stock model, so don't go, it's a crap guitar you wasted your money upgradeing it, you get shocks cuz it's a crap guitar, it won't stay in tune cuz it's a crap guitar, so maybe it is, but if you're just gonna say it's crap don't reply, i'm just looking for advice on my 2 questions
