Fret buzz on 14 fret (A + D strings)please help


Hey all,
On my Jem 7VWH i have frets buzzing on the 14th fret A and D strings. My action in not extreamly low or anything. I currently don't have it buzzing cause my action is a little high but as i lower it only those frets buzz.

What should I do about this

14 has either sunk a little or 15 has raised a hair. Check it with a straight edge to figure out which. You can also check it by paying very close attention to how far the string is off the next fret, fret 14 and look at 15, fret 15 and look at 16.
