fretting out when bending

ok...i just set-up my action on my GSA60 to a nice low one......nothing buzzes on any part of the fretboard ...the only problem is that when i bend the high E string on the 14th fret to more than a whole step it frets out.....(if you bend just a whole step or lower ..it's fine)

i've adjusted the truss rod to have a little front bow ... and from what i could see...it's because the fretboard is a rounder than a Wizard neck (240mm) and when i bend the high E string (14th) and it reaches the part about near the B string (22nd)...that's where it frets out....

what should i do? i love the action on it now...and was wondering if i could just file off a litttle on the 22nd fret...

hmmm if your thinking about filing, and have never done it before, take it to a tech because they are pretty fine things sometimes.

My temporary solution is to raise the action a little. I love my action super low but even slight fret buzzing sounds sh*t.

If it only chokes on the 22nd fret bending at the 14th, sounds like 22 might be a bit high ... none of the higher frets choke when you bend?

I have a similar problem with my high E string choking when I bend in frets 10 11 & 12.

What can I do?

no none of the higher frets choke....i tried filing the 22nd fret a bit and i placed a shim under the saddle (cause my bridge is a sat10 and the saddles are not adjustable)...then readjusted my action to where there is 2mm on the bass side and between 1.5mm to 1.75mm on the treble side...seems to have worked a little....there's still a little buzzing but it doesn't choke the string anymore and the buzz is not noticable if your plugged-in....

I HAD the same problem (on my UV777PBK, Jem VWH and RGT3120) and then I got fret jobs on all of them. All the buzzing is GONE.
