Getting trem locking stud mod done in England

Hi all,

I have a jem7d(03) and I am guessing that it has the new trem with out the locking studs and I would like to get this done. I live in Derby England and want to know of a good luthier in the area that would be able to do this - anyone know of any? (apologies to anyone from outside the UK if this is meaningless to you)
