Guys,
Hello. I have a JEM that I need some electronic work done and a good setup. I know I should just read Rich's website and do the stuff myself but I do not have the time and would rather pay to have a professional work on my expensive guitar. I have used South East guitar repair and like them for strats and tele's but none of them have done good work on any floyd rose guitars I have given them. Any recommendations and thanks for your help

I use South East guitar repair myself, but I have never sent them a floyd guitar. What did they not do correctly?

Thank you for responding. The guy I used to use there (Brian) left to start up a luthier school. They did a setup on my axis and when I picked up the guitar the trem was not adjusted flat to the body and the intonation was off more than it was when I brought it to them. Pretty crazy for a $75 setup. Additionally, I had them do some pickup replacement and noticed the pickups sounded weird. So I looked at the wiring and when I compared it to the Dimarzio website diagrams the wires were all backwards.

Well for what it is worth, I use Barrett Culpepper and he does a great job on my strats.

I would simply take it back and have them redo it. Explain that you are not happy with it.
