Come on, guys! I _know_ some of you are from around here (NYC). If I don't here from anyone, I'm going to bring my JS to Carlo Greco who is a great guitar guy, but I'm not sure he's done many locking trem setups...

There is a guy called Sam who Rob Balducci knows and has his guitars set up by him.

Sam is based in LI too.
