I'm posting this for a friend of mine who is
building a
guitar shortly.
He was originally going to have it painted black with a gold stripe like the ESP James Hetfield guitar, but upon hearing that it would cost $700, he decided to leave the body with natural maple it had.
We both agree that it looks much better anyway
