guitar mods, what would you think of this?

i have an SX SST SE that im going to upgrade. at first i was going to do a David Gilmour tribute strat, but it seems to me that everyone has one, so i started thinking about doing a strat all blacked out with black hardware and everything. all parts from GFS.

what do you think about this idea? and this would be my first time ever trying to mod any guitar but i will deck it out nicely.
