Help, action high at 5th fret, low at 19th fret

So that's it.
Action is high around 5th fret and good around 19th fret.
If I low the trem, I get lots of buzzing, and the action around 5th fret is still high.
Guitar is Universe UV7BK.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried adjusting the truss rod?

My first guess is that there is more neck bow than needed. On the low B string press the first fret and with your other hand press behind the 24th fret (i.e. above the pickup). You should see just a little clearance above the 7th fret.

Sounds like Jazzedout is right - too much neck bow plus the bridge may be too low. Check for any shims under the nut, you might have too many.
