Help! Loose volume and tone knobs!

My volume and tone knobs are loose. They are moving to like every direction and they are all wobbly.. I can't pull the knob off (I'm afraid of breaking it). They work technically but it's annoying to turn them. And just to clarify they are those metallic cosmo finish knobs.

So does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Take the knobs off and tighten the nut that holds the pots in place.

My apologies. To be fair, step one originally was put down your purse, then take the knobs off.

Tighten the side screw on the knobs themselves, unless theyre the whole pot, then do like Elcid said..............except the whole purse thing...........
you can hold onto it if ya want too
If they dont have sidescrews, a drop of super glue works good!

Youre not going to break em taking em off.
