Re: HELP!..tip of lead stuck inside the amp

I think Dr. Funkenstein meant to just glue anything to the tip of the cable, not necessarily the actual leftover cable, anything that fits, a metal rod, a pen, anything.

I think this is a good time to start buying better cables ;-)

Dude, you cant find something to fit in there??? Your making this way too difficult. Just get some good epoxy or try superglue (dont be messy) LEt it dry and pull the thing out. Do you have an allen wrech set? There has to be something laying around the house that will fit. Use your MacGyver instinct Do you have a metal coat hanger??? Use some wire cutters and cut it into shape (just like a poker for a b*ong Make sure you just put a little glue only on the tip.

Let the glue dry and....bingo... pull it out.

I wouldn't suggest pulling the amp apart if you dont know what you are doing...and...Please make sure you at least unplug it before you try

Re: HELP!..tip of lead stuck inside the amp

there's nothing like glueing a couple of fingers togeather, don't worry just go for it. Ok so maybe if you glue your hand to the amp you got problems.....
