Help to identify pickup

Should be taken of some old ibanez guitar - DiMarzioŽ IBZ/USA series i guess.

looks pretty similar to the ibz c2 from my friends 90s rg 570.

Why there is no bare wire that serves for ground? I am new to this stuff...
