Help to repair a "snapped" neck.

Hi!

recently, by accident my neck were snapped off at the head, and now i wonder:
Is there any recommended glue, that might be strong enough?
Wich kind og glue is commonly used when reparing a broken neck?

That guitar is an old Charvel (hockeyclub) neck and is broken just at the nut.

Franklin Titebond seems to be the basic glue of luthiers. Check out www.stewmac.com and see what they're selling, you'll get an idea.

Don't use Elmer's glue, Bostik or whatever that will not dry rock hard.

Titebond is too thin for my taste, I use Elmer's Carpenters glue
