hey guys can some one please help me out? should i buy this???

hey guys i want to buy this RG570 body off ebay to make an ibanez rendition af Adrian Smiths Jackson strat. it looks a bit worn but i intend to rub it back and repaint it but it looks like it has some stress cracks in the underside of the neck joint, does anyone think they would be in the wood or just the finish if so in the wood would they be able to be repaired or filled in??? and also will an OFR go right into the Edge rout with ease or am i going to need to re position the post holes????
thanks

as this is my 1st post it wont let me link you all to the body in question but if you go to ebay and look up "rg570 repainted" its the only one that comes up

hopefuly someone can tell me what i need to know

Those crack are very common, and are usually finish cracks.

ugh.... the infamous neck joint crack. Purely cosmetic thank god.

and yes OFR will fit right in, but... the issue is the 570's CAME with an edge... did you get ripped off? lol

i didnt have to pay much its just the body no neck or pickups or anything. And i have a brand new OFR sittin in my draw at work that i bought ages ago but never ended up using! So its gonna be a project but i think im gonna have a hard time hunting down the neck i want but ill worry about that when i come to it
