high E string problem

Hi, it's been a while since I've posted here but I thought this would be a good place to ask about a recent problem with my JS1200. When I do a bend on the 15, 17 and 19th fret on the high E string it sounds all bad and isn't smooth like it should be. It makes sort of a wierd sound and then no more sound comes other than fuzziness. How do I solve this problem? Also, I'm pretty sure my strings are fully stretched but when I do crazy whammy bar tricks like satch does my low E, A strings go sharp and the D and B strings go flat. What's the dealio here? Sounds like you need some fret levelling, the fret in front of the one you are playing/bending is taller - just high enough to catch and muffle the note. Also there could be a bit of bow in the neck, or you may need a shim in the neck pocket to adjust the neck angle. These are more action-related things, so its most likely you just need a fret level.
