HOLY SH*T MY ZR BROKE!

I was dropping the action on my Ibanez S and as I'm turning the bridge stud the stud cracked in half.. I'm not sure what to do.. I don't know how to get it out? What should I do?

And are these the part I should order to replace them?
Trem Stud ZR 2ZR2B 0 $10.00

Stud Nut ZR 2ZR2B1 12 $1.00

Stud Nut ZR 2ZR2B2 12 $1.00
Washer

Stud Insert EP / ZR 2EL2A 2 $10.00

Re: HOLY SH*T MY ZR BROKE!

IŽd say you only need a new stud, you could turn it with some pliers to take it off

Not even that. Take the bridge off the stud and the pressure on it drops to the point you can take it out with your fingers.

Re: HOLY SH*T MY ZR BROKE!

well.. Theres not enough of the stud left to use pliers.. I've already tried. And it ended up cracking more.

And guitarbizarre do you mind expanding? I've tried to pull the bridge off but the studs firmly in place.

And Rich how long do you think it'll take to order the parts? :/

Re: HOLY SH*T MY ZR BROKE!

The nut and washer are on the top that broke off. Nothing is holding that side on. The bearing collar/wing will pull off the stud.

I have a hard enough time finding out when guitars are due in.

Re: HOLY SH*T MY ZR BROKE!

Should it easily slide off? Cause the bridge has wiggle.. but it doesn't come off.

I would have said no problem, but it seems you already managed to remove the bridge. Ah well. If you have any other questions gimme a shout through PM.

Weak metal? These seem to break just like the arm holder's first version.
