How far into the cavity *should* a Lo-Pro be?

In general terms. In the form of pictures if you have them. What would be the norm, and what would be considered unusual?

I shimmed the neck of my UV this evening and as a consequence raised the bridge. My action is now able to hold a 0.98mm pick at the 24th on the high E with ease, thus it must be lower than 1mm. As I say though, I've bought the bridge up a hair although it was almost bottomed out before so I don't think it's high. Although I'm not 100%, hence the request.

There is no norm, i've had some sunk into the cavity (when trem is blocked) and some with the bottom of the baseplate lvl with the top of the trem cavity, if your guitar plays well, it's largely irrelevant other than for cosmetic reasons.
