How to put custom pickguard on Prestige RG2570

Hey everyone, I bought an RG2570 a couple months ago and it is amazing. I love it, but the vital silver finish is too plain for me. I am putting in colored Dimarzio evolution pickups, and I also want to put a custom pickguard on it, but I don't know how to make it work. Please help!

You could just lay the pickguard down on top of the guitar.

Look at Flo.

You can get a pickguard that goes around the 5 way and pots, so that you can keep the guitar rear routed. The RG770DXs and Floral/Swirl Jems had clear ones like this. A couple places make aftermarket versions.
