I may have just stripped a locking stud screw...oops

i put the correct sized allen key in and found the locking stud nice and tight, i attempted to undo but it wouldnt budge with normal force, i checked it wasnt loose already and tried the other on, it was done just as tight,i n an attempt to undo do it i felt the key slip but stud remains tight, new the key turns in the screw head without loosening the stud screw...

and i wanted to lower the action damn it lolololol

You have to either take the bridge out and removed the screw from the bottom.

Or back off the stud (raise it) and pray your wrench makes it move now.

You never unlock the set screw without first backing off the stud. 4mm.
