If you take a picture of the broken neck, someone here (including me) can tell you if it's repairable. That might be your best bet. It doesn't matter what it looks like or how bad it is, almost everything is repairable. So get us a more detailed description of the break and how it happened, or some good pics.

sorry,i don't have a digital camera(i have yet to fully enter the twenty first century).well,i was playing a show, and my strap lock snapped and it fell straight down.well, there's nothing wrong with the body(besides a few dents).the neck is in 4 pieces, and my tuning pegs went everywhere.it split down the middle of the neck, and each side is in 2 pieces, all of that=4 different pieces.i don't want to go through all the trouble of sending it in,and getting it fixed.i just want to get a new neck for my guitar.can anyone tell me where i can get a new Ibanez K7 neck?

It does sound like it exploded indeed. Do a search on the forum for this topic, it's been discussed. Basically you send Ibanez the carcass (to protect against counterfeiting) and they sell you a new neck at a very high price.

What frank said,Plus ...

A local shop has a rg4xxDX neck that was ordered in for a customer (old neck sent off) now the customer does'nt want it it's for sale,at the cheap as chips bargain price of £275,For what it's worth the K7 will set you back at least £400 ($400) it's be cheaper and no differant if you pick up a used rg7620 and part the bits out on e*ay.com or here and just keep the neck

I might have a spare rg7620 neck if you'll trade the broken neck and some cash on your part i may take my RG7 apart ;-)

K7 neck's are going to be hard to get hold of sencond hand without a body,i've yet to see one on e*ay

Bottom line is it's gonna be a huge amount of expense to get a new neck as opposed to 2nd hand
